However, if you have submitted symptom, contact, or other personal information through our website, app, or related forms, you may request deletion of that data using the process below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Who this applies to<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This page applies to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>users of the YourHealingArtist website<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>users of the YourHealingArtist mobile app for iOS and Android<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>users who have submitted intake forms, support requests, or related information to YourHealingArtist<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How to request deletion<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To request deletion of your data, please email:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">contact@yourhealingartist.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suggested subject line:<br>Data Deletion Request \u2013 YourHealingArtist<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To help us identify your records, please include any information that may assist us, where available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>your full name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your email address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your phone number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the approximate date of your submission<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a short description of the case, form, or request<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity before acting on your request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What we delete<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When we can identify your records and your request is verified, we will delete or anonymize, as appropriate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>submitted symptom and health-related information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>optional contact details you provided, such as name, email address, phone number, and address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>intake form and submission records associated with your request<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>support or privacy communications that are no longer required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>related operational records where deletion is feasible and not inconsistent with legal, security, or record-keeping obligations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What may be retained<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for legitimate purposes such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>legal or regulatory compliance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>security and fraud prevention<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dispute resolution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>accounting, tax, or transaction record-keeping<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>maintaining a minimal suppression record so a completed deletion request is not unintentionally reversed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where retention is required, we will keep only the information reasonably necessary for that purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data stored on your device<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">YourHealingArtist may also store limited data locally on your device, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>short-lived form drafts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>language preference<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>limited local history of recent past cases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data stored only on your device may remain there until you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>clear app storage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>clear local history within the app, where available<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>uninstall the app<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We cannot directly delete data that exists only on your personal device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Purchase and subscription records<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you purchased a subscription or digital product through Apple App Store or Google Play, some transaction and billing records may be maintained by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or related payment\/service providers under their own legal and operational obligations.
